Photo calorie tracker

Snap a meal. Get calories, macros, and a recipe.

Nutrafit is a photo calorie tracker and recipe app. Photograph dinner, a Nutrition Facts label, or a restaurant menu. We estimate what’s on the plate and write steps you can cook — then subtract it from your daily calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, and sugar.

Photograph a meal

Open Snap, take a picture of the finished plate, or upload from your camera roll. You get an estimate of calories and macros for that portion, plus a home recipe with ingredients and cooking directions.

Scan a nutrition label

Add Meal → Scan ingredients. Photograph the packages you have and type the rest (“2 tablespoons cottage cheese and 10 ounces of egg whites”). We add photos and typed foods together, and scale each label to the amount you actually used — 2 tablespoons of a ½-cup serving is a quarter of those calories, not the whole 90.

Fast food that fits your goals

Takeout covers McDonald’s, Chipotle, Starbucks, Dunkin’, Taco Bell, and any name you type — a steakhouse, Olive Garden, KFC. Type it and tap Find meals; you don’t have to pick a shortcut. Results stay inside what’s left of your daily calories and macros. Photograph a paper menu to get order suggestions.

Daily tracker

Today shows calories eaten vs. your goal, plus protein, carbs, fat, sugar, and fiber. Swipe the rings for sugar and fiber. Your Profile (age, weight, allergies, foods you skip) drives every recommendation.

FAQ

Is the photo nutrition exact?
No. Plate photos are estimates, not lab analysis. Labels and barcodes are more precise when the serving and amount used are clear.
Do I need an app store download?
No. Use platewisepro.com on your phone. Add to Home Screen to open it like an app.
What is free vs membership?
Five-day trial with 5 AI uses for Day map, grocery, and coach. Today, profile, search, and takeout stay free. The camera is membership — 150 snaps a month. Extra snap packs are coming.
